# Your team and roles

> Share a workspace with your OneInfer organisation, see what each role can do in Aura, and how replies, assignments and handovers work in a team.

## Workspaces

- **Your own workspace** is yours alone, and you can do everything in it.
- **An organisation's workspace** is shared by everyone in that OneInfer organisation. It takes the organisation's name, and the organisation's OneInfer credits pay for its bots and AI.

If you're in an organisation, the switcher at the top of Aura's side rail moves between workspaces. Each browser tab keeps its own choice.

Members, invitations and roles are managed in the [OneInfer console](https://oneinfer.ai), not in Aura. There's no separate Aura sign-up for teammates, and no fee per seat.

## What each role can do

Role changes and removals take effect within a minute. Someone who can't do something sees why, for example "Your role can read chats, but not reply or add notes."

## Working as a team

- **One chat, one person at a time.** When someone takes a chat over, everyone sees "*Name* is chatting". Anyone else can still write in it, and is told who has it.
- **Visitors see your team, not you.** Replies show the bot's team name; inside Aura, each reply shows who wrote it.
- **Typing shows.** Teammates see "*Name* is typing…" in a chat.
- **Notes are for the team.** An **Internal note** in a chat is never shown to the visitor or the bot.
- **Tickets have an owner.** Each [ticket](https://aura.oneinfer.ai/docs/tickets) can be assigned to an owner, admin or developer, and the new assignee is alerted.
- **Saved replies are shared.** The whole workspace uses the same [saved replies](https://aura.oneinfer.ai/docs/settings#saved-replies).
- **Alerts are personal.** Each person chooses how alerts reach them, in their own browser. See [Notifications](https://aura.oneinfer.ai/docs/notifications).
